CHAIN Technology Development has garnered the 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI): Technological Achievement Certificate of Merit for its ground-breaking Smart City technology. HKAI is one of the leading awards organizations honoring outstanding performance and achievements of Hong Kong enterprises, which was officiated by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR — Mrs Carrie Lam and held in the Grand Hall of Hong Kong Science Park on 11 December 2018.

A total of 84 companies, chosen from among 259 entries, were honored in the seven categories of 2018 HKAI. CHAIN was recognized for its significant contribution to Hong Kong’s technology and intellectual property ecosystem.

CHAIN’s flagship product, Hybrid Reality Platform (HRP), is the state-of-the-art Smart City management system that integrates Building Information Modelling (BIM), Photorealistic Modelling, IoT, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence with geospatial data to create a single visualized dashboard, which empowers clients to efficiently manage their assets, perform detailed analysis and streamline decision-making process. It can be installed on 4D Immersive CAVE which gives unparalleled experience to explore in virtual environments.
